  2. Identification de la société NEAL New Energy Algeria is joint stock company by abbreviation « NEAL Spa  ». The office of this new company is located to 10, street of the Sahara - Hydra - Algiers _Algeria. His capital is two hundred million (200.000.000,00) dinars distributed as follows: Sonatrach 45% Sonelgaz 45% SIM 10% Reason for living NEAL - spa: Promotion and the development new and Renewable energies. The Company is managed by a Board of directors made up of three (03) to twelve (12) members.

Potential fields: Solar (Thermal&Photovoltaic), Wind and Biomass Strategic choices of NEAL .Identification and the realization of projects related to new and renewable energies, in Algeria and outside Algeria, · Definition, drafting and implementation of the strategies for development and organization of industrial and commercial activities. ·To take stake in the company , acquisition, management, transfer of all actions, titles, wallets as well in Algeria as foreign countries, in the field of the production, the transport and distribution of new and/or renewable energies

Principal directing axes Use of new and renewable energies, clean energies as well as bupro. · Contribution to the production of electricity from solar but also from the wind. · Contribution to the general public of the thermal solar heating while being based on local industry. · Promotion of the photovoltaic on the niche of markets in the south with the combined photovoltaic Diesel. · Search partnership for investment, exploitation, the access to energy, the solar hybrid gas, technology and the research(Partnership in the engineering of the solar concentrators of power (CSP) ) · Constitution of a pole for research in solar with training Centers and/or research . · Involvement of Algerian research centers in international work groups

SPP VI - Project Hybrid S/G 400/75 MW in HR M, Starting up 2015 (Project of valorization of torches gases in HRM.
