NOTICE TO PASSERS OF THE 3RD SPECIAL EPS-TOPIK (CBT) The HRD Korea will publish the list of 531 Passers of the computer-based Special Test of Proficiency in Korean (S-TOPIK) on 25 September 2013. The POEA Manpower Registry Division (Counter S, Ground floor) will receive the required documents (medical certificate and scanned copy of valid passport based on alphabetical order in the list. Passers should present their original medical certificate and passport. PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE:
