  2. Discussion Question 1 • What is significant in verses 2 and 3 regarding where Wisdom “takes her stand?”

  3. Discussion Question 2 • Verses 7 and 8 raise an interesting question: Can a man or woman be mostly or partially wise, spiritually speaking? Or is this an all or nothing type of thing?

  4. Discussion Question 3 • In verse 18, Wisdom states: “Riches and honor are with me, enduring wealth and righteousness.” What type of wealth is being referred to, here?

  5. Discussion Question 4 • Verse 22 begins an amazingly important section of this chapter. What is so significant about verses 22-31 and how does it relate to the gospels?

  6. Discussion Question 5 • Do you feel as though you “watch daily the gates of Wisdom/Christ?” Do most Christians?

  7. Discussion Question 6 • “‘All who hate me love death.’” What is the definition of “hate” in this quote? What is the definition of “death?” Why is it so important to understand these two meanings?
