  2. Què tenim entre mans: Definir el conflicte cadascú des de la seva postura. • Fem propostes: Fer pluja d’idees de possibles solucions. • Posem-nos d’acord per continuar junts: Arribar a un acord. • Viure i conviure en pau: Posar l’acord en pràctica.

  3. UTILITAT DE LA MEDIACIÓ La mediació és una manera de trobar solucions d’una manera conjunta, parlant-ne i sense violència.
