  1. Run and Luminosity dependence of p17 NN b-tag Data sample : full pass3 p170903 + pass2 p170901 (note that pass2 p170901 was not used in p17 NN TRFs) • BID sample : 22M muon-jet events • QCD sample : 6M multi-jet events (taking 1 event / 8 over the full stat) • Trigger lists : roughly (there are some overlaps) v11 : run ≤ 178721 v12 : 178722 ≤ run ≤ 194566 v13 : 194567 ≤ run ≤ 208122 v14 : run ≥ 208123 D. Bloch, V. Siccardi (IPHC Strasbourg) D. Bloch (IPHC Strasbourg)

  2. Run range v11 v12 v13v14 in red : data set not used in present p17 NN TRFs D. Bloch (IPHC Strasbourg)

  3. Et/η behaviour : vs Run  will distinguish jet with Et < 45 GeV or > 45 GeV in the QCD sample (stat is not large enough to do it in the BID sample) D. Bloch (IPHC Strasbourg)

  4. Et/η behaviour : vs Lumi more jets at high η and high Lumi in the QCD sample ?? D. Bloch (IPHC Strasbourg)

  5. NN tag efficiencies • will consider 4 trigger list periods : v11 to v14 • and 4 instantaneous Luminosity ranges : < 20 1030 , 20-40 1030 , 40-80 1030 , > 80 1030 cm-2s-1 • as well as 2 Et ranges for the QCD sample (<, > 45 GeV) • and 3 working points : NN cut > 0.45 (Loose), 0.65 (Medium), 0.90 (UltraTight) • Then : • muon-jet b-tag from System8 and • QCD-jet negative tag rate D. Bloch (IPHC Strasbourg)

  6. will estimate Run dependence if Lumi <40 and Lumi dependence in v13-v14 (the Lumi dependence seems smaller in v11-v12…) D. Bloch (IPHC Strasbourg)

  7. similar behaviour for the other working points : D. Bloch (IPHC Strasbourg)

  8. similar Run dependence in b-tag and mistag • still some Lumi dependence at low Et • but not really at high Et (if Lumi ≥ 30 in v13-v14) D. Bloch (IPHC Strasbourg)

  9. similar behaviour for the other working points : D. Bloch (IPHC Strasbourg)

  10. Summary : Run dependence Observed decrease of efficiency between runs 166000 and 216000 : Ageing of silicon tracker ? D. Bloch (IPHC Strasbourg)

  11. Summary : Lumi dependence Observed decrease of efficiency in v13-v14 trigger lists (for jets with Et < 45 GeV) : But no significant effect at higher Et if Lumi ≥ 3 1031 D. Bloch (IPHC Strasbourg)
