  3. GAFE Login Troubleshooting • Note: If anyone has a personal; Gmail account, they must be logged out before logging into the HCPSS GAFE. It is not sufficient to close the window or browser. You must actually choose to Sign Out. It is possible that you do not realize you are signed in because your account is set to remember your password.
