I include effective teacher traits that I possess, the characteristics the students and community have where I want to teach, and what I can personally contribute to the profession. Rationale: To document my understanding of standard #2, Learning Differences, I selected to include my Personal statement Power Point, this assignment shows my understanding of teaching a diverse culture and the importance of enabling each learner to meet high standards.
