TSA 2009 Data Submission – Overview Data Privacy The personal data of students and teachers submitted will be used by the HKEAA and Education Bureau for the following purposes: • administering the Territory-wide System Assessment; • matching personal data provided against other databases maintained by the Education Bureau; and • conducting educational research

TSA 2009 Data Submission – Preparation • Gather the relevant data with respect to the five main areas • Make sure to follow the Instructions for Nomination of Assessment Administration Supervisor, Deputy Assessment Administration Supervisor and Oral Examiners • Get the Login Name and User Password • (has been distributed to all schools in TSA 2008 result release)
