PARENT PORTAL • Direct communications between school and parents or guardians • Parents will be able to see: • Student Information • Attendance • Emergency Contact Information • Discipline • Grades for Individual Courses • Progress • Class Schedules • Email Link to Teachers Attendance and Discipline updated every 30 minutes, all other information daily.

  3. TIMELINE • Vendor selected 11/2007 • Implementation 12/2007 • Testing 12/2007-1/2008 • Administrative training 1/8/2008-1/9/2008 • Principal Presentation 2/5/2008 • Parent Intouch Online launch 2/18/2008 • Parent Intouch IVR launch 2/25/2008

  4. PARENT LOGIN SCREEN User ID and Password Assigned by the School Look for the Intouch Online logo on your school’s web site

  5. STUDENT NAVIGATOR The Student Navigator page displays the available modules. Also included is the Mail Centerwhich permits email communicationswith teachers and staff. Not all modules may be availableat your school.

  6. ATTENDANCE The Attendance page shows the days of activity and a summary of attendance for each absence type.

  7. GRADES The Grades page shows the most recent marks the student achieved, including any corrections that might have been made since report cards were sent.

  8. GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS The Graduation Requirements page shows the student’s credits earned and the number currently being attempted.

  9. CLASSES The Classes page shows the student’s current class schedule as well as the classes for the following term.

  10. TEST SCORES The Test Scores page shows detailed scores as well as a visual graph that compares the student with school averages.

  11. EMERGENCY CONTACTS The Emergency page provides contacts and emergency treatment information in the event the parents or guardians cannot be contacted.

  12. TRANSCRIPT The Transcripts page shows all courses, marks and credits the student has taken in each term. This information, along with the Graduation Requirements data, helps the parent assist in the planning of the student’s future needs. Not an Offical Transcript

  13. MAIL CENTER The Mail Center is the place to find all staff e-mail addresses. In addition, you may click on a teacher’s name wherever you see it to immediately send a message. Teachers may click on a student’s e-mail link to send a message to a parent.

  14. MESSAGE CENTER The Message Center is for viewing just about anything – from athletic events, to school plays, to general interest announcements.

  15. CALENDAR The Calendar keeps you abreast of school holidays and the end of terms.

  16. GRADEBOOK The Gradebook page displays current grade and assignment information.

  17. SECURITY • All student data is encrypted and password protected • User IDs and Passwords are encrypted • Strong industry standard encryption is used • Schools verify parent or guardian status before granting access to student data
