  2. Pengertian • Bayi yang lahir pada usia gestasi kurang dari 37 minggu tanpa memperhatikan bera badan lahir(Wong, 2004)

  3. Etiologi • Faktor maternal: hipertensi, malnutrisi,penyakit kronis dll • Faktor fetal; kelainan kromosom, multi ganda, cidera radiasi

  4. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelahiran premature • Faktor kehamilan • Faktor kondisi medis • Faktor sosial ekonomi • Faktor gaya hidup

  5. Manifestasi Klinis • Pernafasan apnea, takipnea, nafas cuping hidung, retraksi • Perfusi jaringan buruk • Hipotensi • Intoleransi terhadap pemberian makanan • Hiperbilirubin • Refleks isap lemah • Instabilitas suhu tubuh

  6. Komplikasi • RDS • ROP • PDA • NEC • AOP • BPD

  7. Masalah Keperawatan • Gangguan pertukaran gas • Termoregulasi tidak efektif • Resiko infeksi • dll

  8. Intervensi • Monitor pernafasan • Regulasi suhu • Kontrol infeksi • Perlindungan infeksi • Manajemen nutrisi • Tanda-tanda vital
