  2. Not 1: Den 1/1 2006 infördes obligatorisk introduktionsutbildning för elev och handledare, vilket ledde till ett stor antal ansökningar om handledarskap under 2005. Detta ledde i sin tur till sannolikt färre ansökningar under 2006 men det framgår även att körkortsagandet inte minskat efter det att introduktionsutbildningen infördes.
