He is an adventure lover and enjoys several recreational activities like camping, fly fishing, trekking, globetrotting, strolling and more. He is a fitness enthusiast who likes to indulge in a large number of sports and physical activities to stay fit and healthy. He has been practicing yoga for several years and believes that it is a great alternative to several sports.

  3. Harry recently re-discovered an alternative form of yoga, called Bikram Yoga. It is also known as hot yoga and involves a series of 26 yoga poses that are performed in a sequence, in a room or an environment that has been heated to 1000F. Bikram Yoga is great for any person who wants to maintain physical as well as mental well being.

  4. In Bikram Yoga, the heat softens up the body, which helps the muscles to become flexible and allows a person to perform even the most difficult yoga postures perfectly and with ease. Due to the warmth in the temperature helps a person to sweat extensively, which releases the harmful toxins within the body, resulting into a complete internal cleansing.

  5. One of the main benefits of practicing Bikram yoga is that it provides relieve from chronic pain and also expands one’s capacity to breathe fully and deeply. Bikram Yoga includes 26 yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing exercises that are performed in a heated room, in a 90 minute sequence. This alternative form of yoga works on every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ of body.

In addition to this, it also cures a range of diseases like diabetes, arthritis, thyroid problems and high blood pressure. Practicing Bikram Yoga is a great way to raise the energy levels, reduce risks of sports related injuries and enhance the digestive system.
