EXIGENCIAS TECNICASGRD • INFANTIL A : Edad 8-9 años • Implementos: Manos Libres, Cuerda, Cinta( 4 metros). • Tiempo: 1:15 minutos a 1:30 minutos. • Dificultades: 9 dificultades. • INFANTIL B: edad 10-12 años. • Manos Libres, Cuerda, Pelota, Cinta(4 metros). • Tiempo: 1:15 a 1:30 minutos. • Dificultades: 10 • JUVENIL: edad 13 – 15 años • Aparatos: cuerda – aro – pelota – cinta ( 4 metros) • 14 dificultades

La Federación Deportiva de Gimnasia y Afines de Costa Rica por medio de la Comisión Técnica de Gimnasia Rítmica, se complace en extender una cordial invitación a participar en nuestro III Campeonato Nacional de Gimnasia Rítmica que se llevará a cabo conforme a la siguiente información:Gimnasio Nacional 24 y 25 de agosto del 2007Inscripción Numeral: 12 de mayoInscripción Nominal: 16 de junioEl costo de la inscripción será de ¢ 5 000 por atleta.Enviar una fotografía y la constancia de nacimiento de cada atleta participante.

  5. EXIGENCIAS CONJUNTO • JUVENIL: 12-14 • DIFICULTADES: 12 • INTEGRANTES:6 PARES DE MAZAS • EDAD 8-9 AÑOS INFANTIL A • EDAD 10-12 AÑOS INFANTIL B • QUEDAN SUJETOS A LAS DISPOCICIONES QUE SE TOMEN EN GUATEMALA • SENIOR: MAYORES DE 14. • 6 INTEGRANTES • IMPLEMENTOS: 3 AROS Y 3 MAZAS

EDAD: La edad de las participantes será la cumplida del 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre del 2007. • PARTICIPACIÓN: • Todos las Gimnastas afiliadas pertenecientes a una Asociación Deportivas de Gimnasia Rítmica avalados por la Federación. • PREMIACIÓN: Se premiará en las categorías individual, con medalla de oro, al primer lugar, medalla de Plata al segundo lugar, medalla de Bronce tercer lugar, por aparato, con trofeo del 1° Lugar ALL Round, Trofeo 2° Lugar ALL Round, Trofeo 3° Lugar All Round. • En la categoría de Conjunto Medalla de oro y Trofeo, 1° Lugar, medalla de Plata y trofeo, segundo lugar y medalla de Bronce y trofeo al tercer lugar. • Con botón según la cantidad de equipos y atletas.

  7. REGLAMENTO: Esta competencia esta regida por el Código de Puntuación de Gimnasia Rítmica. (FIG) de la Federación Internacional de Gimnasia. • JUECES: Cada Asociación debe presentar mínimo dos jueces,y asumir el pago de sus jueces.
