  1. Step 1: Password Reset Email System generated “one use” password. Use this for your next login. You will then IMMEDIATELY have to change it

  2. Step 2: Application Login Screen At the login screen where you enter your userid Use the temporary password sent in the email ( in this example dia4901 was entered. )

  3. Step 3: Password Reset Screen What you just entered ( dia4901 ) Different than before ( with numbers ) Repeat the new password “You must change your password before you can continue” Then press OK

  4. Step 4: Back to Login Screen You will then be sent back to the 1st login screen. Now just enter your NEW password, one more time And press Login or hit the Enter key to go to the menu page.
