Slide 3 Communication for Technicians Unit: 16 FORMS OF COMMUNICATION Communication is a two way process.  Make sure that the message you are conveying is understood in the way you intended it to be understood.  Communication is more effective by combining different methods to reinforce the message.  In engineering, graphics is an ideal way to convey information.
