Wandsworth Children's Services Art • Exploring good practice and progression within the slimmed down curriculum. • Audit tool (Principles, curriculum, pedagogy, assessment of learning and teaching) • DfE v NSEAD (National Society for Education in Art and Design) – to make sense of skills progression

8. Wandsworth Children's Services Computing • Education Minister Elizabeth Truss has announced funding of £1.1 million for the British Computer Society (BCS) - the Chartered Institute for IT - to develop a computing readiness programme aimed specifically at primary school teachers with no prior experience of computer science. www.gov.uk/government/news/teaching-the-new-computing-curriculum

9. Wandsworth Children's Services Computing at School • CAS (Computing at School) is looking for both primary and secondary teachers to apply to become CAS master teachers. 10. Wandsworth Children's Services Primary Computing Guide • CAS, in association with Naace and other partners have published a guide for primary school teachers. The guide explains how primary teachers can get started with the new curriculum and provides many pointers to excellent resources and ideas for building an innovative and exciting curriculum. The final curriculum is VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE DRAFT. Many teachers are still convinced that things they read about the draft are what they have to do.
