  6. WAY FORWARD • Camps for all Grade 12 schools in June • Turbo Camps • Area managers to convene meetings with our employees • Persuade progressive schools to participate and appoint progressive teachers

QUICK WINS • “EVERY CHILD MATTERS”popularize, live the motto. • Teachers on time – teaching. • Managers play supportive roles • Pension benefits • Pay roll • Circuit Managers reporting on a Monthly basis- target set by schools- are they being realized ? • Scare subjects- appoint immediately. If expatriate appoint according to work permit

Centralize and get the best for the system • Dysfunctional schools – foot soldiers LAIP – strengthen what is there • Assess state of education in the District • Look at a way to stop having trapped schools. • Lets not be persuaded to do our job. • Identify at cold face- corporate level • Subject advisors – Dr Myburgh – GET/FET – EMS • Circuit Managers report target on a monthly basis
