Company History • Established for over 40 years, employing over 100 staff, with an annual turnover in excess of £11 million • Core business expanded into the recycling and waste management industry in 1997, developing one of the first purpose built green waste composting facilities in the UK, now one of the largest private composting companies • In 2001, successfully diversified into inert waste processing and in 2002 awarded the title of WRAP best practice site • Developed close working partnership with the Association for Organics Recycling to help develop industry standards and in 2002 was the first compost producer to be awarded Compost Association accreditation • A large-scale in-vessel, tunnel composting facility now in operation • In 2009, the Company installed a biomass boiler in order to power their offices and adjoining Garden Centre and Aquaria • A wide range of recycled products are now produced and utilised on landscape and civil engineering projects nationwide

Types of recycling: Green Waste • Open air windrow composting system • Facility infrastructure includes dedicated areas for shredding, sanitisation and stabilisation • All compost operations are carried out on an engineered concrete hardstanding • Certified screened products include soil conditioner, mulch, turf dressing etc
