  3. 1920’s Fashion Popular items in the 1920’s: Flapper Dresses Coats with fur hoods Shapeless shift dresses Day-length (ankle-length) dresses for daytime Scalloped, dipping, and handkerchief hemlines to achieve the effect of a first long, then short hemline Mary Jane shoes Wrap coats that went from one side to the other and closed with a large button or complicated tab and buckle
