  3. Objectives • Lumina Leader is used for the purpose of helping you become aware of the Leadership choices you are making. What you choose to do in the leadership role is heavily influenced by past experiences with positive and negative leaders and your personal experiences as a leader up to this point.

Objectives • Lumina Leader makes you aware of what leadership strategies you are choosing often • Lumina Leader makes you aware of what leadership strategies you are avoiding or omitting in your Leadership style • Lumina Leader makes you aware of how you see yourself as a leader • Lumina Leader makes you aware of what happens to your Leadership style when you are overextended (stressed)

Objectives Lumina Leader makes you a BETTER LEADER by illuminating: • WHAT you are choosing to do as a leader and the leadership choices you are making often • HOW these current leadership competencies can be further enhanced using your personal strengths • NEW leadership strategies you should be engaging based on unutilized strengths • OVEREXTENDED behaviours and how these impact your leadership choices, personal and professional relationships and how to mitigate this

Your Effective Leadership Qualities • These are the leadership choices you make when you are on top of your game and all is well • This is the “you that you approve of” and how you like to be seen by society, work etc. • These are the leadership choices you make when you are aware of others being around

Your Overextended Leadership Qualities • These are the leadership choices you make when you are under pressure • This is where you put your energy when you are stressed either physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually • Qualities that you may not have seen previously may come to help you here
