  1. JWS AS JWS AS is a Norwegian company founded in 1997. The company's head office is located in Jørpeland just outside Stavanger. The company currently has approximately 40 employees of whom six at the head office. Turnover in 2008 was approximately NOK 53 mill. JWS AS is involved in drill cuttings handling and cleaning services on several oilfields in the North sea. The company also has a department for rental of equipment and personnel, as well as sale of equipment. JWS AS supply all necessary equipment and personnel in connection with the following operations: • Handling of drill cuttings : (Cuttings transport, Slurryfication, Centrifugation, Injection, Maintenance of the equipment) • Vacuum transport : (Drill cuttings, Mud, Barite, Slops) • Handling of swarf : (Remove metal swarf and pieces of casing from the mud) • Cleaning : (GeneralRig cleaning, Derricks, Pits, Pipe/drains, Marine risers) • Sale and rental of equipment : (Hot water washers, Ultra high pressure units, Vacuum units, Auger conveyors, Pumps , Skips) Homepage:www.jws.noContact person: Sales Manager Lennart Olsson +47 47 46 94 48

  2. Personnel JWS AS supply multi skilled personnel who can handle all tasks within our operating areas: • Drill cuttings handling • Vacuum transport • Swarf handling • Maintenance • Cleaning, Opening of plugged pipe/drains etc. This gives the opportunity to for example use cutting personnel to handle swarf during milling operations. In addition, general cleaning and maintenance of equipment is a natural part of our personnel's duty's. This means: • Fewer mobilizations of personnel (helicopter transports etc.) • Fewer people to be trained on the rig- and the systems on board. This will contribute to improved safety and reduced cost!

  8. Cuttings transport using CDP and vacuum.ROP up to 60 m per hour in 12 ¼” hole. CDP Vacuum System The CDP Vacuum System transfers drill cuttings using Vacuum Air Flow from a suitable collection point at the shale shakers to the CDP. At this point the cuttings are separated from the air flow by a cyclone action created by the internal hopper design. Drill cuttings are then transported from the chute via the buffering tank and into the skips.

This is a pilot model that can be adapted to costumers requirements • The shown model contains: • 2 ea storage tank s with bottom mounted screws • 2 ea CDP arms to distribute the cuttings • 2 ea screws to feed the Putzmeister pump • 1 ea Putzmeister pump • 4 ea skips as buffer • Mode of operation: • Drill cuttings is blown into the tanks via the • cdp arms and are thereafter screwed towards • the center between the tanks. • The cuttings are then screwed via the outlet • down to the Putzmeister pump. • It will thereafter be pumped or blown to boat • or other storage.

This is a pilot model that can be adapted to costumers requirements • The shown model contains: • 1 ea storage tank • 1 ea sliding frame in the bottom of the tank. • Complete set of electric and hydraulic control system • 1 ea Putzmeister pump • 2 ea V-65 vacuum pumps • 1 ea hose reel for loading to boat • 1 ea Ccdp arm (back-up solution for filling cuttings into skips) • 3 ea skips as buffer • 1 ea complete high pressure unit Mode of operation: Compressed air is blowing drill cuttings into storage tanks. A bottom-mounted sliding frame is pushing the cuttings out of the tank and down to the Putzmeister pump which is mounted below the tank itself. This pump then pumps the cuttings to a boat or other storage. The 3 skips are used as back-up to the tank and will be filled by the cdp arm and the vacuum pumps whenever necessary.

  27. CLEANINNG AND PRESERVATION We are at the moment initiating a new concept where we intend to customize an overall solution within cleaning and preservation. This can, as an example, be that we are coming to your installation or premises and perform internal and external cleaning of your equipment, do internal preservation, greasing, and if necessary, do repair painting of the surface – all with the same personnel.
