Properties of Electricity Voltage- the amount of electric potential per unit of charge- measured in volts- abbreviated V Current- the amount of movement of an electric charge-measured in Amperes or Amps- abbreviated A Resistance- the amount of opposition a material gives to electric charge- measured in Ohms- abbreviated Ω
