  1. Pride and prejudice Chapter 15&16 二年丙班 16號 高苑芷(Anne)

  2. Summary CH15. Jane was not happy about her affections. Miss Bingley wrote a letter to tell Jane that she and her brother were going to visit Mr. Darcy’s sister. There were lots of hopes during the early marriage between the latter and Bingley. Jane thought that Bingley’s love was already given to another. But Elizabeth didn’t think so.

  3. Summary • Ch16 Miss. Bingley said that her brother loved Miss Darcy, but Elizabeth didn’t believe her and was not doubt for a moment that Mr. Bingley loved Jane. But she had only contempt for his easy temper. Mr. Darcy was known everywhere. Everybody was pleased to think how much they had disliked Mr. Darcy before they knew anything of the matter. Jane was the only person who thought there might be some explanations of Mr. Darcy’s actions, and unknown to Hertfordshire people.

  4. Reflection • After reading these two chapters, I thought that Jane’s love was so unlucky in chapter 15 and 16. I hoped that her affections wound be wonderful at the end. And I did not like Mr.Wickham who is too pride. I thought that he could change his temper after these two chapters.
