Administering of PMSG • Administer Intramuscularly • Administer Dosage Accurately • Every Program has to be planned carefully • Within the breeding season: 300 i.u. relatively low and safe • Outside of Autumn and Spring increase dosage of PMSG. • Increased dosage: Higher ovulation rate • Larger breeds require higher dosages eg. Mutton Merino 420 i.u. • 1 Vial contains 6000 i.u. PMSG. • Dissolve content of one vial in 50 ml sterile saline/water for injection
