  2. SECRETARY GENERAL REPORT • ZSOLT SZABÓ • ZsoltSzabó informed the delegates that it is the last meeting for him as Secretary • General. Max Haerle is proposed candidate for the position by the Council and has been approved by Delegates. • Summary of 3 years’ activity • Transparency through clear guidelines in FESSH • Establishing Relationship and Technical Committees • DelegatesReward System for motivatingnationalDelegates to spread FESSH news more effectively and assist the FESSH Council more actively Aurelio Portincasa M.D. - FEBOPRAS

  9. HAND TRAUMA COMMITTEE REPORT - BRUNO BATTISTON • HTC COMMITTEE MEETING -March 23rd in Torino • Z. Dailiana (Greece), N. Schmelzer-Schmied (Germany), I. Golubev(Russia), R. Lester (UK) and M. Sanmartin (Spain) • Topic to improve HTC net with extending it to centres performing hand • trauma care for less than 24 hrs in an emergency setting • Accredited Hand Trauma Centres (HUB) with 24 hrs access • Trauma Units (Spokes) • THINGS TO BE DONE • Updating representatives’ list and addresses (checked by national HTC representatives) • Improve contacts between applying Centres and National Societies to increase the number of official members Aurelio Portincasa M.D. - FEBOPRAS
