  2. First you make dough • 150 g flour • 1 spoon fat • 1 egg • 1 egg yolk • salt • 1 ¼ water Roll out the dough·

  3. Now you need : - grated apples - sugar - cinnamon - nuts, sultanas - breadcrumbs (it sucks the apple juice that comes out)

  4. First sprinkle the dough with breadcrumbs brush with butter putthe grated apples on the dough cover it with sugar, cinnamon, sliced nuts and sultanas roll it up transfer it to a plate. brush it with beaten egg bake in a hot oven for about 150 degrees for 30 minutes
