  2. What is bullying? Bullying can hurt people on the inside and out side. You can hurt people with out you knowing so think about what you are saying before you say it.

  3. Cyber bullying Cyber bullying is where you are being bullied by people on the internet. Things like club penguin, Moshi monsters, twitter, Facebook and Bin whevels can be Cyber bullying never meet people that you have met on the internet.

  4. Physical abuse Physical abuse is when somebody bullies you on the outside. Punching, kicking or hurting is physical abuse. If someone only does it once then that is NOT bullying, but still tell an adult.

  5. Tell tell tell If you are being bullied you should tell an trustworthy adult or even a friend. You can put a note in Debbie's post box.

  6. Childline If you are being bullied and you have no one to tell you can tell childline there number is 0800 1111.

  7. Who are bully's Bullies are people that sometimes have been bullied before, or have problems themselves, so make sure you look into the situation before blaming any one.
