6. Meeting on Bridging the Digital Divide When: Feb. 11-14, 2002 Where: New Delhi, India Results: 1. The meeting discussed the approaches of bringing the digital divide which include affordable Internet access, best practices, partnerships and multimedia 2. Enhancement of the use ICT for poverty reduction that encompass the support at all levels. 3. Promote establishment of MCTs in rural areas 4.
