Alcohol Policy • Misuse of alcoholic beverages and/or inappropriate or illegal behavior will result in disciplinary action and/or arrest by the police. • All Licensees and their guests are subject to the following statement from the Alcohol Beverage Control Act: "Every person who sells, furnishes, gives or causes to be sold, furnished, or given away, any alcoholic beverage to any person under the age of 21 years is guilty of a misdemeanor" (California Business and Professions Code section 25658).

Alcohol Policy…. • The possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages on campus by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.  The use of alcoholic beverages by students 21 years of age or older is permitted in student residential areas as designated by the Directors of University and Foundation Housing Services (see Appendix B for University and Foundation Housing Policies • Kegs of alcoholic beverages, regardless of type or size, are prohibited in student residences. • Alcoholic beverages may be purchased in designated food service operations, and may only be served at campus events upon the approval of the President or his/her designee.”
