There is no separation.

  7. General Conduct off the Field • Twitter, Facebook, etc. Twitter – Top Athlete Mistakes GETTING ON TWITTER BEFORE GETTING EDUCATED FORGETTING THEIR AUDIENCE USE PROFANITY OR DISCUSS R RATED SUBJECTS GETTING BAITED VENTING FRUSTRATION OR ANGER NOT BEING DISCREET WHEN IT COMES TO OTHER PEOPLE BELIEVING THAT DIRECT MESSAGES WILL REMAIN PRIVATE All of this stuff is nothing but a distraction from your purpose.

  8. General Conduct off the ield • Facebook - It is very simple. If it is a picture you would not hang on your Grandmom’s refrigerator, do not put it on facebook, twitter, instagram, etc.

  9. Practice Times, Attire, Etc. • Weekday practices after school begin at 3:00 • Weekend practice times will vary • Always be on field ready to go 15 min before official practice time • All Equipment must be accounted for • North Penn Attire Only (no other teams) • During NP Season… NP Baseball Only

  10. Parents’ Role • Communication Process if needed • Step 1 – Player to Coach • Step 2 – Coach back to player • Step 3 – Player to parent • Step 4 - Parent to Coach on some matters only • Questions we will not answer: • Why isn’t my son playing? • Why is player X playing? • Why is your lineup that way? Questions we will be happy to answer: • What skills does my son need to work on, and how can he focus on them? • What can we do about getting the college process started? • How can we get involved in fundraising or supporting the team off the field?
