  2. 1. Click on “Service / Key User Catalog” link on the left hand side

  3. 2. Click on “Business Application Services” link

  4. 3. Click on “CP PHILIPS PORTAL” link

  5. 4. Click on “CP PHILIPS PORTAL: ADD/DELETE PIM USERGROUP” link

  6. 5. Check the options and click on “Next” link as shown below

  7. 6. Please provide all the necessary information like attachments etc.,. Click on “Submit” link once it is done and the ticket will be assigned to S&A team
