  3. Objective To give parents of minority students in the Wauwatosa School District a forum to address concerns and challenges while providing resources to help parents meet the needs of his/her child.

  4. Goals For parents to have a voice in the Wauwatosa School District. To learn ways to advocate for child. To network with other parents. To learn ways to be involved in child’s education. To access community resources.

  5. Your Story-Breakout Session Questions As a parent of a minority student/s in the district, what has gone well? What has been a challenge? How could an ongoing parent group benefit our minority students?
