  2. Current Facility • Actual Use: • Online order fulfillment (& everything else) • Strategy/Goals: • Two-three day turnaround • Just-in-time order fulfillment • Flexible & safe space!

Safety & Security • Personnel Safety & Personal Property Security: • Safe/more efficient way to enter/exit receiving area • Safer roof access ladder area • Enhanced lighting • Employee personal space (coats/bags) • Product & Equipment Safety: • Efficient storage for perishables/beverages (space and processing) • Equipment storage – cart, ladder, step stool, sign holder, plotter, hanger organizer • Packing material handling

Efficiency & Flexibility of Use • Areas to incorporate: • Better utilization of storage space – flexibility • Island-type workstation envisioned • Equipment storage area • Centralized Audio/Visual controls for displays • Bins for smaller inventory types • Well defined outgoing mail/packages area • Reconfigurable space for: • Textbook reservation orders • Mid-August to 1st part of September • Late-December to mid-January • Short term customer order storage • Up to 7 days

Building Planning • Rough floor plan is available • Verify accuracy with measurements • Google Sketch-Up 3-D model is desired as part of project deliverables • Equipment examples are available onsite • Future development recommendations are desired • Increase of 50% in customers in short term • Interactions with adjacent areas • Cost estimates / prioritization desired
