Host society: AIDAA • Founded 1920. • Strong cooperation with national and international associations. • Member of IAF (International Astronautical Federation), ICAS (International Council of Aeronautical Sciences) and CEAS. • Connected with Italian Air Force and Public Institutions. • Aerospace & Defense industries representatives are members of AIDAA Board of Directors. • Experienced team with history of running successful aerospace international congresses with more than 500 participants, such as the 13th AIAA/CEAS Aeroacoustics Conference in 2007,the 48th IAF congress in 1997 and the 20th ICAS Congress in 1996.

Murano glass production in Murano and lace production in Burano. • Aeronautics: SuperJet International, developing new Sukhoi Superjet 100 family of regional jetliners. • Built on low lying islands in a lagoon with canals instead of streets this truly remarkable city is visited by 12 million people every year. • The Grand Canal is one of the finest water boulevards in the world. • The Basilica di San Marco is marked by the Romanesque and Renaissance architectural styles. • The Palazzo Ducale in the gothic style. • The Annual Carnival in Venice, since 11th century.

Venue: Giorgio Cini Foundation • The Giorgio Cini Foundation is located on the Island of San Giorgio Maggiore, three minutes journey from Piazza San Marco. • This monumental complex used to be a Benedictine monastery, featuring Palladio’s Cloister and Refectory, Longhena’s Library and other works from great architects of the past. • The elegant entrance foyer may be used for exhibition stands.

Venue: Fondazione Cini • The Foundation’s Centre is composed by eight conference rooms of different sizes. • The “Salone degli Arazzi” can hold up to 500 people. • Seven more rooms, all remarkable in terms of architectural history, have different capacity and can hold from 30 to 300 people. • Further spaces are available for exhibition area, registration desks, secretary, lunches and coffee breaks.
