Introductions • Andrew LaPorte, our Portfolio Community Manager • Jan Ward, VP CMC • Todd Sinkins, of Rees Broome, the HOA Law Firm • There are five board members who serve staggered terms of three years. The officers are elected within the board: • Alan Zusman, Secretary, two remaining years • Mike Glassman, Vice President, two remaining years • Jim Tobin, Member, running for new 3 year term • Todd Williams, Treasurer, up for election • Rich Williamson, President, one remaining year • Guest Speaker - Officer R. Wayne Twombly, Fair Oaks Crime Prevention

  4. Introductions • There are 5 Committees we rely on heavily for input and recommendations. Committees are a vital part of our decision making process.
