Conclusion • Ne pas dépister l’hypercholestérolémie après 75 ans • Prévention primaire poursuivie si co-morbidité réduite,espérance de vie suffisante,correction des FCV,risque iatrogène réduit • Prévention secondaire instaurée si infarctus du myocarde,co-morbidité réduite,espérance de vie suffisante CMGB 17/11/2005
