The material is mostly ready-made as you have little time to develop resources. However, adapting the resources is to be encouraged – but not always necessary.

Folder 5 - Student voice & Ofsted– Guidance This section provides you with ‘Folder 5 – Student voice & Ofsted– Guidance’ powerpoint plus key resources to increase the quanity and quality of the student voice at points in the year to maximise impact and action. Also included is an Ofsted folder with key documents relating to the latest (April) 2012 schedule (check these are the documents you need though) and two Word documents to highlight the evidence required and questions to ask yourself when preparing for Ofsted. The material is ready-made. However, you can extract the text from the pdf documents and adapt as you wish.

7. Folder 6 Student voice & Ofsted– Guidance This section provides you with ‘Folder 6 – Intervention– Guidance’ powerpoint plus key resources and strategies to help support students who underachieve. As usual, the resources can be adapted.

Folder 8 1– Improving your notice-boards – Guidance This section provides you with ‘Folder 8 – Improving your notice-boards – Guidance’ powerpoint plus an entire range of notices & posters that you can print. Use to label your notice-board areas appropriately and attractively at the click of a button.

10. Posters • There are full colour posters to print - use to give coherence to your notice-board sections. • Choose between Landscape and Portrait versions.

11. Adaptable Notices • Type your message into pre-set notices. • Each notice comprises of preset areas (ie title, message areas) and matches the Posters design. • Choose between Landscape/Portrait notices

Folder 9 Behaviour & Attendance – Guidance This Folder provides you with ‘Folder 9 – behaviour & attendance– Guidance’ powerpoint plus key resources to help tackle some of the challenges surrounding both rewards and sanctions including attendance management. Particular focus is on strategies that teachers and subject leaders can use before they escalate to Sixth Form Management (who usually get drawn in too soon!). There is also a folder sample material of further behaviour management material provided that might/might not interest you. As usual, the resources can be adapted.
