Action Plan – Short Term • Retail Solution layout change (RF) – deploy solution by end of Aug, efficiency gain of 10-15% (100 sqm) • Scrapping of obsolete stock – complete by end of Sep (50 pallets) • Relocation of Schenker pallets – complete by end of Sep (150 pallets) • Increase racking in front of the Localisation – complete by end of Sep (120 pallets) • Increased storage behind the Localisation area – complete by end of Sep (600 sqm) • Increase racking in RMA – complete by end of Sep (288 pallets)

Invoice Matching Solution – deploy by end of Aug (quicker throughput – less staging space) AOS Packing Slip Elimination – deploy by end of Sep, efficiency gain of 10-15% Narrow Aisle Racking – complete by end of Sep (500 shelves/locations) Revised racking design – complete by end of Sep (100 pallets) Moving Portables – complete by end of Sep (200 sqm for receiving) Samsung Yard – available July (1000 sqm for storage / rework) Relocate 3PP receipts into bulk receiving area – (100 sqm for staging) Industrial Engineer – commencing study 5th of July Changes subject to joint review and Apple sign off

Action Plan – Mid Term Confirmation by the end of Aug • Extra 2000 sqm at Yennora – 80% probability space will be available FY11 Q2 • Mezzanine over stage area – pending IE review • Fairfield Site – confirmation by 1st week of July • Wetherill Park Site - confirmation & Asset review by 1st week of July • Lease 2000 sqm in the Yennora area – short term lease at Yennora Rail Yard • Study commencing • 5th of July Not an option Negotiating Available now
