  1. How to add questions to a WBI participant feedback questionnaire (1) • Know that the list of questions is set up as a Word table, and the narrative questions are set up as Word tables. • To add a rating question (using the minimum-to-maximum scale), place the cursor in the area to the left of the row just below the spot where you would like to add a question. To highlight a row, place cursor in the area to the left of the row and left click there. When the row is highlighted, it looks like this….. …. but NOT like this. Here, only the cell is highlighted. Go back and highlight the entire row, or rows.

  2. How to add questions to a WBI participant feedback questionnaire (2) • Right click to bring up the menu that includes the “Insert” option. • Select “Insert Rows Above.” To insert a row above the highlighted row, select “Insert Rows Above.”
