  3. A.V.I.K. (YouthTraining Program) • Mentor training–group forteenagers • 5 catholic school’s corporation • We’re the first group of this training • We cometogether 5 times a year

  4. Aims of theYouthTraining Program: • To make leaders • To make a tradition • To make relationships with other schools • To get to know each other, ourselves • To be good managers • Tohave a better self-knowledge • To assume responsibility for the world • To do social work Make it real

  8. The Process of the Organization • Finding a place • Talking with the school’s pastor • Organising the program • Dividingclassesintoteams • 45 minutes for a class

  9. Programs: • Playing games: team-building games, „Handsack game” • Reading a story • Sharing

  10. Student’s Feedbacks: • „I expected less, but I got more” • „I learned so much from the story” • „We don’t have so much chance to talk, but now we could” • „The leaders could resolve the tension, they were friendly and honest” • „It was good that they were at the same age” • „This retreat was the best part of the silence day, I’d like to meet theleadersagain”
