M2m: A girls mentoring program at UPC-BarcelonaTECH

M2m is a mentoring experience for academic women at UPC-BarcelonaTECH, aimed at providing support, guidance, and skills development. Mentors are experienced women from the academic environment, while mentees are young women looking to promote themselves in academia. The program aims to break the glass ceiling and help women progress in their chosen field.
