  2. Michael Joasil is a highly experienced businessman who follows a pioneering approach towards business. His creative thinking leads him to initiate his own business projects. He is very hard working and highly dedicated towards his work. He has successfully established a large number of business ventures which are milestones in business world.

  3. He started his career with the creation of Window Medics International in 2003. The main aim of the company was to perfect the technology and develop a complete window restoration process called “The Solution”.

  4. The hard work and dedication of Michael Joasil made this company a pioneer in windows restoration industry globally. The firm’s success brought a revolution in the window industry and turned Michael into one of the highly successful and reputed entrepreneurs across North America.

  5. This success led him to establish PureRay Corporation in 2007 which aims to use innovative ideas of proprietary and an energy-efficient lighting technology for replacing the need for fuel-based lighting across the world.

  6. The firm developed a patent-pending, self-contained and solar-powered LED lighting system with a charging station and rechargeable bulbs. The company focuses on global integration and has pledged to donate 27.5 million dollars of its product to the Clinton Global Initiative Conference which is an organization that caters to developing countries.

  7. Michael Joasil founded Thermonic Electric (TE) in 2008 and revolutionized the standards for energy efficiency by introducing nanotechnology to increase the efficiency rate of energy usage.

  8. In the same year Michael started Livotek International, an Ottawa based technology and consulting firm which aims at Information Technology, Nano Technology, and Film/Television sectors for capital investment.

  9. In 2009, Michael Joasil founded Livotek Ventures with an aim to invest and acquire companies, within limited and precise sectors in order to help deliver new inventions. The firm is America’s one of the leading firms in Venture Capital & Private Equity industry. The company helps inventors to bring products to market by expansion and raising capital.
