  2. Preparazione • - 7th giorno Low residue diet (Waltham) • - 2th giorno digiuno per 24/36 ore (solo acqua) • 2th giorno SELG or ISOCOLAN 70 gr in 500 ml acqua 3/dì • - 24/6/4 ore Clisma con acqua tiepida o NaCl 0.9%

  3. Preparazione Oppure SELG/ISOCOLAN • 25 ml/kg con sonda orogastrica da 3 a 5 volte (12-18 ore prima dell’endoscopia) • Clisma con acqua tiepida 1-2 ore prima dell’endoscopia Sempre in relazione alle condizioni del paziente

  4. Posizione Meglio il decubito laterale sx

  5. Avanzare sempre sotto visione ?

  6. Colon trasverso Flessura splenica Flessura epatica Colon ascendente Colon discendente

  7. Orificio cieco colico Giunzione ileo-colica

  8. ?

  9. Biopsie • 4 - ileo • 8-12 colon • 2 cieco Meglio biopsia dopo aspirazione dell’aria

  10. Colite parassitaria

  11. Corpi estranei

  12. Corpi estranei

  13. Quadri normali

  14. Colite • Aspetto a lastricato • Muco • Possibile presenza solo di infiammazione delle ghiandole delle sacche anali

  15. Intussuscepzione Ileale/ciecale
