  2. ¿QUÉ ES GOBIERNO ELECTRÓNICO? Uso de las tecnologías de la información y el conocimiento en los procesos internos de gobierno y en la entrega de los productos y servicios del Estado, tanto a los ciudadanos como a la empresa. Combinando tecnología, aplicaciones y procesos para incrementar la efectividad gubernamental, la inversión en educación,salud, mejorar la seguridad, Incentivar el turismo, etc.

  3. ADECUACIÓN DEL DATA CENTER Y RED DE CÓMPUTO DE LA SEDE CENTRAL DEL GRC OBJETIVOS: • Construir e implementar un Data Center que cumpla las condiciones de seguridad y buena performance para el buen desempeño del desarrollo institucional del GRC. • Obtener las mejores prácticas para la administración de la información, con los componentes que garanticen un óptimo servicio a la comunidad de Cajamarca.

Sistema de Gestión Documentaria • Convenio con el gobierno Regional de Lambayeque para la implementación del SISGEDO (Sistema de gestión Documentaria) • Instalación y Configuración del Servidor basado en Linux. • Configuración del Sistema basado en software libre. • Incorporación del Banner de acceso al SISGEDO dentro del Portal del GRC. • Creación de Dependencias, Unidades Orgánicas, Usuarios y Supervisores a Nivel Regional.

  9. Sistema de Gestión Documentaria 1,200 trabajadores aprox. capacitados en todas las dependencias del GRC Verificación de la Infraestructura Tecnológica existente

  10. DESARROLLO DE SISTEMAS DE GESTIÓN Análisis para el diseño de los diferentes módulos los cuales se encontrarán integrados en una sola base de datos y aplicación WEB.
