  3. APPLICATION COMPLETENESS • Most application forms completed correctly. • Maps/Layout plans in some cases not to standard. • Engineering services not addressed. • Consultation with Departments seem to be lacking. • Certain maps/ reports ticked, but not provided

  4. CONSULTATION WITH IP’S • Incorrect Property description • More care to be taken with description ( no street address) • Consultation of neighbours (100m) • Not submitted to Province timeously
