General information Basic facts • Date of Foundation of JSC "Kazagroproduct" ("CAP" or "Company") - September 11, 2001; • The purpose of the CAP is to develop the export potential of the livestock industry by supporting the production and export promotion of livestock products to the subjects of the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan ("agro-industrial complex»); • The only shareholder – JSC "national managing holding "KazAgro»; • The company has 3 subsidiaries and 2 affiliates. Cap subsidiaries and affiliates can be acquired either as part of CAP or separately. • The company is included in the Comprehensive plan of privatization of Kazakhstan for 2016-2020. • Purchase and sale of cattle ("cattle") with payment for their fattening services; • Purchase and sale of cattle with deferred payment (with security of performance of obligations); • Purchase and sale of beef with deferred payment (with performance of obligations); • Financing of agribusiness entities in the livestock sector by providing loans and leasing services. Company information (2/2) The business model of the Company • CAP specializes: • On implementation of trade and procurement activities and organization of wholesale export and domestic supply of high-quality beef; • On services in fattening of cattle on two available feedlots in Almaty and West Kazakhstan regions. • One of the advantages of the CAP is the presence of two modern feedlots in Almaty and West Kazakhstan regions, with a capacity of 5000 and 8640 heads at a time, respectively, as well as experience and well-established trade and procurement of livestock products. • Feedlots operate more than 5 years in the market of beef production and have a proven business process from receiving cattle to slaughtering it at meat processing plants. In addition, feedlots are equipped with modern, latest technologies and have no analogues in Kazakhstan.
