GOES-R PGGuidelines for WFO Participation • Document that provides guidance on Weather Forecast Office (WFO) participation in GOES-R Proving Ground activities demonstrating, evaluating, and providing feedback on GOES-R products • Includes instructions on how to become a WFO partner, demonstrate new PG products, interact with Regional Headquarters, and collect feedback from the WFO forecasters who use our PG products • Provides an overview of the GOES-R Proving Ground concept • Describes the GOES-R PG Management Structure • Defines what it is meant by being a “WFO Partner” • Explains the PG planning and execution activities • Identifies information required in agreement between the provider and WFO Partner
