  22. MoUSigned • ITI is imparting vocational training to its Trainees In the field of various Engineering and Non-Engineering trades. • MoU is signed between I.T.I. Surat and L.G. Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. with a view to upgrading its existing Technical Education course like Electronics Mechanic & Refrigeration and Air conditioner Mech. for 3 years with effect from 1st October 2007 to 30th September 2010 and can be renewed on written mutual consent of both the parties. • Another MoU is signed between I.T.I. Surat and L& T Hazira, for up gradation of Center of Excellence in Fabrication Sector from August 2007. • Under “ Basic Fabrication Skills” Programme ITI surat has signed MoU with L& T hazira for upgradation of fitter trade.

  24. A. MoU For Up gradation of ITI into CoE (Fabrication) • MoU is signed between I.T.I. Surat and L& T Hazira, for up gradation of Center of Excellence in Fabrication Sector on 7th March, 2008 for the period of 5 years with effect from 1st August, 2007 to 31st October 2012.

  25. B. MoU Under Basic Fabrication Skills Programmed for Fitter Trade • MoU is signed between I.T.I. Surat and L& T Hazira, Under “ Basic Fabrication Skills” programme for up gradation of Fitter Trade on 23rd May, 2008.

  26. C. MoU Under Trade Skill Up gradation Programmed for RFM & ETN Trades • MoU is signed between I.T.I. Surat and LG India Ltd., for up gradation of RFM & ETN Trades on 1st October, 2007 for the period of 3 years, effective from 1st October, 2007. • Campus Interview was held on 10th January, 2008 for the trainees of RFM and ETN trades. Company will paid stipend Rs. 1000/- Per Month. After the completion of course, then after pay Rs 5000/- Per Month on regular Basis.

Surat during • 7-4-2008 To 19-4-2008 with free transport, Food and safety equipment at • company premises, Hazira ,Surat, who are impart training to the COE fabrication trainees of the I.T.I. Surat. Surat at company premises Pune during 19-11-07 TO 24-11-07. on its own costs and bear the expenses for Traveling of such Trainers, who are impart training to the trainees of the I.T.I.   36. Industrial Visit Details • Trainees of C.O.E. Fabrication (Fitting & Welding) have taken a Module Based Industrial Visit of the Company L & T Ltd., Hazira, Surat during January 2008. • L.G. Electronics India have arranged Industrial Visit to its Authorized Dealer at Surat for candidates of RFM & Electronic Trade.

  37. PLACEMENT/ENTERPRENEAURESHIP DETAILS • L&T Surat has selected 114 candidates for COE Fabrication out of which 107 are the on roll candidates. • LG Electronics India Ltd have selected 13 candidates during campus interview held on 10-01-2008 with stipend @ Rs.1000/- per month during the remaining training period then after regular salary will start.
