Expert Panels Luncheon: The Future of U.S. Healthcare and Implications for Investors/Luncheon and Panel Discussion Wednesday, June 30, 2010 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Intercontinental Hotel’s Ballroom Hosted by the CFA Society of Cleveland Panelists: Gina Petredis: Director of Federal Government Relations for the Cleveland Clinic Health System, where she is responsible for advocating for the interests of Cleveland Clinic and its patients in federal legislative and agency matters. Gina has worked in government relations for more than 15 years in both the public and private sectors. She is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a degree in Business Communications and sits on the Government Relations Policy Committee for the American Medical Group Association and the Federal Affairs Network Policy Advisory Committee for Premier Inc. David Chu: Portfolio Manager with Emerald Advisers, Inc. Mr. Chu has 15 years of investment experience. He is Co-Manager of the Emerald Mid Cap Growth portfolio and a member of the Portfolio Management team. Additionally, Mr. Chu maintains research coverage of the healthcare Services industry. Prior to his position at Emerald, he was a portfolio manager with Invesco Fund Small Company Growth Fund, where he managed the Healthcare sector. Mr. Chu has also served in portfolio management roles for Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, and Wachovia Bank. Mr. Chu received a BS in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the CFA Institute. Alex Morozov: Associate Director of the health-care team at Morningstar. He covers medical instruments and diagnostics. Before joining Morningstar in May 2006, he worked in the insurance industry underwriting directors' and officers' coverage for publicly traded companies. Mr. Morozov holds a bachelor's degree in finance with a minor in mathematics from the University of Missouri, graduating cum laude. He has been a CFA Charterholder since 2005.
