  2. As we all know, a healthy body is required to live a healthy life but Healthy Mental health is also an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Good Mental health helps you to enjoy and help you to solve problems to live life without any problems. A healthy mind is important because the brain is more important than others. After all, it is a primary source of our body system. If we don’t have a healthy mind, our whole body sacrifices and faces many health problems like Depression, Less sleeping, fewer eating, and many more. Mental Health includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being. To get a healthy mind we only need to eat the right healthy foods and exercise.
